French Bakery Signs
I miss French baguettes--their taste hasn't been duplicated by a US bakery yet. It's one of the things I look forward to whenever I go to France. I found some French bakery sign photos on Flickr. Inspired by Sara Midda, I painted a few of them using artistic license for the colors.

Sleeping Cat
Remiggio the cat was sleeping on a wicker chair under a patio roof in Tuscany. Nice life.

My First Commission
A lady found me on Flickr and asked if I would illustrate some packaging for her company, Petali. These paintings are for a line of tea-flavored cookies.
